Conference fee

The schedule includes two lunches, drinks and snacks, dinner, entertainment, and invited keynotes.

The conference fee is 240 EUR.

A reduced fee of 120 EUR is available for students without travel budget, e.g., Bachelor students, Master students, or self-funded PhDs. To request the reduced registration fee, please contact the organizers with an explanation of your situation.

Overnight stay

The (optional) overnight stay at Fletcher Hotel Doorwerth-Arnhem is 106 EUR for a shared room and 184 EUR for single room. Prices are per person and include breakfast, VAT, and tourist tax.

Due to limited room availability, we strongly encourage room sharing.

For any cancellations before May 15th you can receive a full refund minus administration costs of 10EUR.
